Different way of
working together
Therapy is not one method applied to everyone. These are the areas I work in most, each adapted to your context, your values, and what you are actually carrying. If you are unsure which fits best, write to me, and we can discuss your request to collaboratively determine the best way forward.

Play Therapy &
Child-Centred Work
Children rarely have the words for what troubles them, so they show us instead, through behaviour or worry that spills into home and school. Play therapy meets a child in their own language, giving them a safe way to express what they cannot yet explain. I work with anxiety, big emotions, school refusal, friendship and confidence struggles, and the quieter weight that boys in particular are often taught to hide. Parents are partners in this, not bystanders: you will be kept informed and supported throughout.

Adults
Individual Therapy
A sacred space to reflect and work through what is weighing on you, whether that is anxiety, low mood, identity, burnout, addiction, or a season that has simply become difficult to carry alone. I draw on evidence-based approaches such as CBT and ACT, and where it matters to you, I integrate psychological and Islamic understanding rather than asking you to leave your faith at the door.

Psychometric Assessments
The right assessment turns uncertainty into a clear next step. I offer career and subject-choice guidance, ADHD, and scholastic assessments, conducted in person with a written report and a feedback session. The aim is always practical: not a label, but a direction you and your child can act on.

Talks and workshops for schools, Masaajid, universities, parent bodies, and community groups, on adolescent mental health, men's inner lives, marriage, and the meeting point of psychology and Islamic tradition. Shaped to your audience, grounded in research, and delivered in an engaging manner.
